Sentaur takes great pride in constructing a quality home. We have developed a warranty program that helps cover certain defects or flaws in the materials that were used in the building of your home. Please take a moment to review the information below to gain an understanding of our warranty program and the manner in which it is implemented.

Cosmetic Issues Covered for 30 Days

Sentaur will repair cosmetic deficiencies that were caused by defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 30 days. Any cosmetic deficiencies that were caused by the homeowner will not be covered under this warranty

One YEAR HOME WARRANTY COVERAGE

Sentaur offers one year warranty coverage on your new home. Please click here for additional details or clarification.

ONE TIME DRYWALL TOUCH UP

Sentaur offers our homeowners a one time touch up request that can be exercised anytime during the first year from the date of your purchase. This touch up covers repair of cracks and blemishes that occur as your new home acclimates to the climate and surrounding conditions. We recommend that you exercise this option in the 11th or 12th month of the first year thereby giving your home the maximum time to acclimate.
